Terms of Use

Last updated: October 31, 2026

The short version: our products are digital templates for your own childcare program. They are general information, not legal, medical, tax or professional advice, and you are responsible for adapting them to your local rules.

Using this website

By using the Kidsproutly website or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or products.

Digital products

  • All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
  • Product pages describe what each product includes, its file formats and how it is delivered. Please read them before you buy.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout by our checkout provider.
  • Products marked "Coming soon" or "Waitlist" are not for sale, and no payment is taken for them.

Not professional advice

Our forms, policies and curriculum materials are general templates and educational resources. They are not legal, medical, tax or professional advice, and they don't guarantee that you meet any licensing, regulatory or accreditation requirement. Rules differ by province, territory and state. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting each template for your program and location, and we recommend having important documents, such as your parent contract, reviewed by a qualified local professional.

Your use of the products

Your purchase gives you a license to use the products as described in our product license. Kidsproutly keeps all copyright in the products.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and downloads available, but we can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update products, prices and these terms. Changes to these terms apply from the date shown above and don't affect purchases already made.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kidsproutly is not responsible for losses that come from how you use or adapt the templates. Our total responsibility for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
