30-day money-back guarantee. If a paid Kidsproutly product doesn't work for you, ask within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Who is eligible
- Every paid product: daycare forms bundles, the Founding Bundle, curriculum kits and printables.
- Requests made within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt.
- You don't have to give a reason, though we'd love to hear how we could do better.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order receipt.
What happens next
- We'll reply within 2 business days and process your refund.
- The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
- Because the products are digital files, please delete your copies once you've been refunded. Your license to use them ends with the refund.
After 30 days
We can't offer refunds after 30 days. If something is wrong with your files, such as a download that won't open or a missing file, contact us at any time and we'll fix it or send a replacement.
Download access
Your download link is shown after checkout and included in your receipt email. If you lose it, contact us with your checkout email address and we'll help you get your files again.
