Product License

You may

• Edit, customize and add your own name, logo, fees and policies to the templates.
• Print as many copies as you need for the children, families and staff in your own childcare program or household.
• Share completed or printed copies with the families and staff in your program, for example a filled-in enrollment form or a newsletter.
• Keep backup copies of your files for your own use.

You may not

• Share, upload, email or post the original or edited template files for other people or programs to use.
• Sell, resell, give away or include the templates, or edited versions of them, in another product, bundle, course or membership.
• Claim the templates as your own design or remove copyright notices from printables.

One program per purchase

Each purchase covers one childcare program, such as one home daycare, one dayhome or one centre location. If you run more than one location, or want to use the templates with another program, please buy a copy for each, or contact us about options.

Free resources

Free printables are for personal and classroom use under the same rules. Please share a link to our website instead of the file.

Ownership

Kidsproutly owns the copyright in all products. A purchase gives you a license to use them, not ownership of the designs or content. If you are refunded, your license ends and you should delete your copies.
